- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Terrible office manager and a distraught doctor. I have been more than patient with the doctor being sick but the office manager Sondra has a horrendous attitude and claims she has no contact with the doctor. If the doctor is sick and has to out for 3 months like she said then the office should be closed rather than left at the hands of a person who has no decent manner or any customer service skills whatsoever. I can't even get my medical documents because the doctor is not available. The document sent to request form is not even compliant with HIPAA. I was told to just write and sign and send in a check if I want my documents. I have not idea where my documents could end up.November 10, 2017by Sarosh Zahra
